Conventionally, it was difficult to fabricate AAO with uniform pore sizes of 200 nm or larger. However, Hexapro has secured proprietary voltage application technology enabling the fabrication of AAO with pore sizes ranging from 130 to 400 nm at wafer-scale dimensions of up to 8 inches.
