AAO-based X-ray scintillator

X-ray imaging is a technology that converts X-rays into electrical signals to create images. In this process, the scintillator absorbs X-ray energy and converts it into light, and the photosensor converts visible light into electrical signals to display the X-ray image.

Pixelated scintillators, due to their septa, prevent light scattering, resulting in higher clarity, brightness, durability, and high-speed imaging compared to traditional scintillators.
