When particle size measurement was performed on a sample after filtering for exosome (size 50-200nm) separation in HCT116 culture solution, Hexapro AAO showed the lowest frequency of separated particles in the region above 200nm and a yield more than 3 times higher than other AAOs in the same area condition test.
